PSG fell to Barcelona at home 3-1 this last Wednesday as they played the first leg of the Quarter Finals Champions League Game.
PSG was without Zlatan Ibrahimovic due to a complication with a referee resulting in a suspension. He will be eligible next game. David Luiz did not start the game, but came in early in the first half after Thiago Silva, who had suffered an injury, and after PSG had suffered a 18th minute goal from Neymar.
Messi would also come close in the first half, but his shot would hit the right goal post. PSG would continue to struggle attacking with their best striker on the bench. Pastore did manage to get some shots in, but nothing troubling.
Luis Suarez would score twice in the second half. The first by holding off four defenders and shooting the ball in the net, and the second by managing to megg David Luiz.
An own goal by Mathieu from a shot by Van der Viel would put up a goal for PSG in the 81st minute.
PSG will be going to Barcelona with a tough battle ahead of them. They will have to pull off another Chelsea miracle, and then some to come out of the quarter finals..
